The chain comes out the machine already welded and it’s ready for successive stages of hammering and diamond cutting processing. The automatic chain cycle follows exactly the manual chain progress giving the chain a perfect identity of a handmade chain. A suitable planned grasp system draws the links from a single spiral which is produced by a single wire. The peculiarity of this machine is that during the working schedule the coils and the chain are always held by pincers ensuring a maximum production reliability. Once the chain is linked, it is welded directly in the machine by a simultaneous double laser shot. The mechanical parts of the machine are made of cast irons, light alloys and special treated steels, whereas the greatest wear and tear points are made of hard metal. The lubrication plant touches all the highest friction points; both the collecting tank than the pump are built into the machine bed. The machine is equipped with electronic speed variator and digital indicator.The endowment of the machine is completed by the electronic chain collecting plate, the electronic wire tensioner, the dual focusing laser support, the microscope support and the LED lamp.
