Ice lathe with automatic working cycle to diamond cut chains. The cylinder’s high diameter allows the diamond cutting of chains with long links maintaining a high productive capacity. The remarkable power of the fitted chiller units, combined with the double chamber of the cylinder, the triple roughing tool and the possibility of starting the working cycle even before reaching the stabilized temperature, they reduce down times increasing the productive capacity. The automatic size corrector in fact permits to reach the exact chain width independently on the cylinder temperature. The programming, which is possible also through the selflearning mode, foresees the automatic defreezing thanks to a hot water sprinkling system already installed in the machine. The compacted dimensions of the ice lathe with possibility of inserting the chiller in the basement with water cooling circuit, makes this machine easily suitable for all jewellery factories.
